○ Offer consultations on health-checkup results and general health management, with referrals to specialists and hospitals as needed.
○ Advise on the use of nursing-care, health and welfare services.
○ Respond to inquiries during nights and holidays.
○ Accept patients with fever, whether or not they have visited us before.
○ Maintain a medical DX (digital transformation) framework.
